Stevenage Masterplan

We supported Kier Property on their bid to regenerate Stevenage Town Centre. The scheme aimed to increase residential and employment density within the town centre to help support and invigorate the economy and to provide employment and homes for younger residents.

Our phased masterplan included a mix of private and social housing along with a reconfigured Town Square and new town hall, all designed to enhance and extend the listed 1950s town centre.
