Voyager Place HQ

Voyager Place is 56,000ft² stand alone office building in Maidenhead. Originally built in the 1980s, CoveBurgess Architects were commissioned by Clearbell Capital to carry out a complete refurbishment and modernisation to allow it to be repositioned as a single let office or potential headquarters.

Our strategy was to give the building stronger kerb appeal, more generous and welcoming common parts, and add new amenities such as roof terraces and electric car charging points.The building has been let to FM Insurance on a 10 year lease, and subsequently sold for £31m
