This 7 unit residential scheme in Hounslow is on the site of a former restaurant overlooking the Thames in Chiswick. The site had a history of planning refusals, and so the client and design team had to work diligently and methodically to come up with a strong proposal to unlock the site’s potential. The scheme has now received full Town Planning consent.
