Kingsmead Business Campus

As part of the refurbishment of a 150,000 ft² 1980s business park in High Wycombe, we replanned the central space to reduce the dominance of the cars and create a new central court into which we placed a cafe pavilion. This provides a focus to the park and helps provide a stronger sense of community for the tenants. The cafe itself is predominantly glazed, with large covered external terraces to encourage customers, tenants and visitors to linger over their coffee and conversations, and so give the park a more urban, social character.

Following these works Patron and Mountgrange let 52,000ft² of previously empty offices on the park, and subsequently sold the asset to a UK property fund.
