Twenty Rathbone Place

Twenty Rathbone Place was constructed in the 1930s as a warehouse building. Following recent lease events Lothbury IM commissioned CoveBurgess Architects to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the common parts and vacant office floors, to provide simple, flexible work space for media occupiers.

The site sits north of Oxford Street in an area popular with Media and Corporate businesses, The specification and robust finishes were carefully considered to appeal to these markets, providing a flexible balance between traditional Cat A and more raw studio type space.
